The Stockholm-based Sachajuan create their products with a quintessentially Scandinavian utility of design. For this styling cream, the founding duo collaborated with scientists to employ Ocean Silk Technology, which refers to the incorporation of cold water algae naturally harvested from the ocean.
A nourishing cocktail of minerals, including magnesium, calcium, zinc and manganese, strengthens your hair, adds moisture, and improves elasticity. These minerals have crucial roles to play in the upkeep of your hair but can become depleted by daily wear-and-tear.
If that's your hair's interior taken care of, then entirely separate algae affects the outside of each individual strand. It's packed full of calcium and zinc, which has the cumulative effect of both protecting the hair, and increasing shine. Together, these algae nourish and normalise the scalp, and defend it from heat damage, which is of particular value if you're looking to protect colour-treated hair.
