Originally beginning as a lavish jewellery brand, Lalique found themselves creating flacons for a businessman named Francois Coty, who happened to specialise in fragrances.
It's fair to say René-Jules Lalique, the founder who created his namesake brand, discovered a taste for fragrances and decided to make his own - thus their venture into perfumes was born.
