- How much is charged for delivery?
- Delivery costs are set by each individual retailer. There is generally a small charge for lower value orders, usually under £25, with free delivery often available if you exceed this amount. Please see checkout for further information.
- Are faster delivery options available?
- Depends on your location, but generally next day/express delivery is offered. See checkout for further information.
- Where is my order?
- We give you an estimated delivery date when you order is placed. Once the order is dispatched you should receive a notification by email, along with a tracking number that will let you know when you order is likely to arrive. You can also follow this from your account. If your order hasn’t arrived as expected then please login to your account, open the order and contact us.
- Can I track delivery?
- Where possible the retailer will provide a tracking number for your order which is sent to you in your dispatch notification email. You can also find this by logging in to your account.
- Where can I find my order details?
- When you place an order you’ll receive an order confirmation email from us. You can also login to your account or contact us.
- What packaging will my order arrive in?
- Orders are sent directly from our retail partners in their branded packaging.
Returns & Refunds
- How do I return an order?
- Returns can be made subject to the retailers returns policy. Please login to your account and open the relevant order for further information.
- How do I get a refund?
- Once we’ve been notified by the retailer that the product has been returned, we will process your refund.
- In what timeframe are returns accepted?
- This differs from retailer to retailer, though usually within 14 days of delivery. If you’ve placed an order, please login to your account for further information. If you are yet to place an order, please check the returns section on the relevant product page.
- Who do I contact if my item is damaged?
- Please login to your account, select the relevant order and contact us. Please note that retailers generally require photographic evidence of the damaged product before replacing or refunding.
- How do I cancel my order?
