Lalique Noir Premier Illusion Captive 1898 Eau de Parfum is a women’s fragrance from the Noir Premier line, presented as a natural spray and handcrafted in France. Inspired by René Lalique’s Art Nouveau “Dragonfly” brooch created in 1898, it’s designed to feel luminous and transformative - like a scent that moves from bright facets to deeper, golden warmth as it settles on the skin.
The fragrance opens with Italian bergamot filtered through milky fig leaves, then unfolds with Ceylon cinnamon, rose essence and jasmine sambac. As it dries down, a grounding base of Virginian cedarwood and Indonesian patchouli comes through, followed by cistus labdanum, vanilla, tonka bean and myrrh for a richly glowing finish.
