Enter PIXI Eye Define Waterline, a non-smudging, waterproof colour ophthalmologically approved for application on the waterline. The retractable pencil gives your eyes vibrant colour and definition all day long.
The formula contains jojoba oil and chamomile extract to soothe and reduce the chance of irritation, as well as cupuaçu butter for moisturising and fortifying skin.
Use after the PIXI Tina Yong Tones & Textures Eyeshadow Palette. Follow your eyeliner with PIXI Large Lash Mascara. For extra definition, also use PIXI Lower Eyelash Mascara Black.
