Byredo 1996 Eau De Parfum is inspired by Kirsten 1996, a picture of a young girl taken in that year. The picture was taken by iconic photographers Inez and Vinoodh, and symbolises the potential of youth, the crossing of cultures and the excitement of urban life.
Spicy and exotic, the blend opens with an enlivening cocktail of juniper berries and black pepper, two colliding notes that join for a refreshing beginning. Distinctive accords of leather, violet and orris combine for a unique heart of the elixir, leading your nose on a sensory path to conflicting aromas.
Closing the fragrance, soothing and sensual accords of vanilla and patchouli merge with the frenetic night-time tones of black amber for a finish that leaves a lasting impression. The fragrance comes with the picture that was the inspiration behind it for a treat to your eyes and nose.
