Without weighing the hair down or leaving behind any greasy residue, the Flaky/Itchy Scalp Hydrating Conditioner moisturises your mid-lengths and ends for more manageable, tangle-free hair. And by rehydrating the hair from the mid-length down, this conditioner can help with flaky scalps resulting from excess oil (just don't actually apply it to your scalp as no conditioner should touch your scalp or roots).
