Product Description
This eau de parfum is leant its unmistakeable character by an infusion of oud wood, one of the rarest and most immediately recognisable ingredients in perfumery. As part of the Tom Ford Private Blend, a collection described by the designer as his own 'personal scent laboratory, the scent displays an overarching ambition and boldness.
The clear expense and quality of oud wood is not held up on a pedestal, however, but rather interwoven with a supporting cast of carefully chosen aromas. Exotic rosewood, for instance, comes together with cardamom to open the fragrance with a burst of sensation, before a smoky heart unites the star ingredient with sandalwood and vetiver. At the same time, amber and tonka bean infuse the blend with a warmth and delectable sensuality.
With this composition, Tom Ford redefine a scent more traditionally found in incense-drenched temples as a modern and luxurious eau de parfum.
