How do you use it?
Draw along the lash line and waterline for a more defined look.
For a winged liner:
- Starting at the outside of eye make a line toward the direction of the tops of your ears and extend the liner to as dramatic as desired
- Starting from the outside edge of the eyeliner draw inward to create a triangle like line and fill in
- Line the tops of lashes for a for a complete look
