Rare Beauty’s Always An Optimist Illuminating Primer is a cooling, water-based gel face primer designed to smooth, hydrate and add a lit-from-within glow before makeup. Its lightweight, non-sticky feel helps create a comfortable base, so foundation and concealer glide on more evenly and look their best for longer.
What makes this primer particularly stand out is its ultra-fine pearls, which reflect light to give skin a soft, radiant finish. It also includes a botanical blend of lotus, gardenia and white water lily to help soothe, calm and nourish for an all-day, freshly-prepped look.
You can apply 1–2 pumps to clean, moisturised skin, then follow with foundation and/or concealer.
