Powered by a special mix of wax, polymer and film formers, this waterproof pencil is ophthalmologically tested and suitable for sensitive eyes, including contact lens wearers. Featuring a beveled foam tip for precision application, it also comes with a sharpener and is easily removed with makeup remover.
