Trained by JP EAA + Hydration Fizzy Cola Bottles is a scoop-and-mix powder that combines a complete essential amino acid (EAA) blend with electrolytes to support hydration around training. With a tangy cola flavour, it’s made for athletes who want an effective way to stay topped up while they train, not just when they’re done.
Each 10g serving (30 servings per tub) is designed to provide all nine essential amino acids: L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, L-Lysine, L-Threonine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Methionine, L-Histidine and L-Tryptophan - alongside magnesium and potassium to help with fluid balance. It’s typically taken during/around exercise, or throughout the day if you prefer.
