Trained by JP Cream Of Rice, Birthday Cake 2000g

Product Description

Trained by JP Cream of Rice in Birthday Cake is a rice-flour carbohydrate powder designed to mix into a smooth, dessert-tasting bowl of “cream of rice”. It’s made for fit people who want easy, fast-acting energy options that still feel enjoyable during structured prep, off-season eating, or normal training days.

The key benefits are simple: it’s quick and easy to prepare, has a focus on being digestible, and delivers carbohydrates for day-to-day fuel and post-workout needs. One 25g serving is typically a practical choice for boosting carbohydrate intake without the extra fuss.

For this flavour, the ingredients list includes rice flour, flavouring, salt, and sweetener (sucralose). Birthday Cake also features “birthday nuggets” made from a mix of sugar, wheat starch (gluten), glucose syrup, cocoa butter, beet concentrate, vegetable oil (coconut origin), plus colourings (E163 and E100) for that celebratory look and taste.
