As well as supporting your daily amino intake, this EAA + Hydration-style product adds electrolytes - specifically magnesium and potassium - to complement peri-workout use. The formula includes an essential amino acid blend (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, L-lysine, L-threonine, L-phenylalanine, L-methionine, L-histidine and L-tryptophan), plus citric acid and sodium bicarbonate for taste and mixability. You’ll also find magnesium oxide and potassium chloride, finished with sweetening (sucralose) and colouring (E133).
