Meet Skin Proud Detox Tonic Daily Exfoliating Tonic, a daily toner designed to gently resurface with 5% lactic acid and glycolic acid. Rather than relying on harsh scrubbing, this concentrated exfoliating tonic helps dissolve dead skin cells and keep pores clearer for a smoother-looking, more even feel.
The water-based formula works at a pH of approximately 3.5 to 3.9, supporting effective acid performance while helping to respect the skin’s barrier. With consistent use, it can help reduce roughness and bumpiness caused by trapped sebum, and may also help fade the look of lingering dark marks and post-acne discolouration over time.
For best results, apply it to clean, completely dry skin using a cotton pad, avoiding the eye area. Start two to three nights per week, then build up gradually as your skin adjusts. Finish with a moisturiser, and use sunscreen in the daytime.
