Santa Maria Novella Meriggio Candle is a scented glass candle from the brand’s Le Candele delle Ore collection, inspired by the hours of the Tuscan day. Named “Meriggio” (midday), it’s described as a warm, floral composition capturing the intensity of a Mediterranean afternoon and the feeling of summer blooms at their peak. It’s intended to help create a fragrant atmosphere at home, with a carefully structured scent journey rather than a one-note perfume.

Each candle is part of a four-piece set (Mattino, Meriggio, Vespro and Notte), and Meriggio is finished by hand, with the Officina monogram heat-stamped on the glass. The scent opens with cypress, thyme, juniper, marine notes and mountain pine, before moving into a heart of rose wood, myrtle, heliotrope and cedarwood, finishing on sweet woods, sweet notes and white musk.
