NOW Foods Vitamin B-12 is a daily supplement in lozenge form designed to help maintain a healthy nervous system and support energy production from fats and proteins. Each lozenge provides vitamin B-12 (as cyanocobalamin) plus folate, which contributes to DNA synthesis during cell division. It also supports homocysteine-to-methionine conversion when taken with folic acid and vitamin B-6, helping support cardiovascular health.

Suggested use is to take 1 lozenge daily with a meal, chewing it or holding it in the mouth until dissolved, then swallowing. The formula contains xylitol, microcrystalline cellulose, natural flavours, stearic acid (vegetable source), maltodextrin, organic stevia leaf extract (enzyme-modified steviol glycosides) and silicon dioxide.
