NOW Foods Nattokinase 100 mg Veg Capsules are enzyme supplements designed to help maintain normal blood flow, supporting heart and circulatory health.* Each capsule provides 2,000 FUs of activity (Fibrinolytic Units) from nattokinase, an enzyme isolated from natto, a traditional Japanese fermented soy food.

Thanks to the 100 mg strength per capsule, this formula is a straightforward option for adults looking to build a circulation-focused routine.* NOW specifies taking 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily on an empty stomach. It’s also stated to contain no Vitamin K, with soy as the only key allergen present.

The formula keeps things simple: nattokinase (2,000 FU) derived from non-GMO soy, plus supportive capsule and processing ingredients including microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide.
