NOW Foods Vitamin B-100 Veg Capsules is a B-complex supplement designed to provide a full complement of B vitamins alongside choline and inositol. NOW positions it for nervous system health, and to support energy production.*
Because B vitamins are water soluble and (with the exception of B-12) have limited storage in the body, the formula is intended to be taken daily to help maintain ongoing intake.* It also supports homocysteine metabolism.*
Key actives listed on the NOW Foods supplement facts include thiamin (B-1), riboflavin (B-2), niacin (B-3 as niacinamide), vitamin B-6 (from pyridoxine HCl), folate (400 mcg folic acid), vitamin B-12 (as cyanocobalamin), biotin, pantothenic acid (from calcium pantothenate), plus choline (from choline bitartrate) and inositol. Other ingredients include hypromellose (vegetable capsule), ascorbyl palmitate and silicon dioxide.
