Product Description

NOW Foods Liquid Iron is a liquid iron supplement that provides 18 mg of iron per serving. Iron is an essential mineral that supports key roles in energy production, immune system function and neurological health, and it contributes to the formation of haemoglobin, the molecule that transports oxygen in the body.

This iron liquid is made with Iron Taste Free Ferric Glycinate, which NOW Foods states offers superior absorption and is gentle and non-constipating. It’s designed to be easy to take, with a suggested routine of 2 teaspoons daily taken with juice or water on an empty stomach, with refrigeration after opening.

Formulated without dairy, eggs and gluten, it also contains de-ionized water, vegetable glycerin, xylitol, L-malic acid, citric acid, natural flavour, potassium sorbate (as preservative) and organic stevia leaf extract (enzyme-modified steviol glycosides).
