NOW Foods’ Echinacea & Goldenseal Root Veg Capsules are a dietary supplement designed to support the immune system. Each serving contains a 1:1 blend of two well-known roots: Echinacea root (Echinacea purpurea) and Goldenseal root (Hydrastis canadensis), with 450mg of each per 2-capsule serving.

The roots are cleaned, dried and milled into a fine powder, then sanitised by exposure to high temperature before encapsulation. The capsules are made using hypromellose (cellulose capsule) and stearic acid (vegetable source). NOW Foods positions this as a clean immune-support option, with suggested use of taking two capsules daily as needed.

Other product notes include vegan/vegetarian capsule status, with natural colour variation possible. Suggested usage also states that continuous high-level consumption for more than 2 weeks of each month is not recommended.
