Product Description

NOW Foods Black Currant Oil is a dietary supplement in softgel form, made from black currant seed oil. Each softgel provides 500 mg of black currant oil and delivers gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) at 70 mg, along with alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) at 52 mg. The product is expeller-pressed and hexane-free, and it’s designed as a source of essential fatty acids.

With a 70 mg GLA per serving and a formulation that includes both GLA and ALA, this softgel is intended to support general nutritional intake of essential fatty acids as part of everyday wellness. The softgels also contain gelatin, glycerin, and water as non-medicinal ingredients.
