MAG365 PrizMAG Plus Magnesium with Vitamin D3 & K2 Capsules combine pure magnesium bisglycinate with essential vitamins D3 and K2 to support bone, muscle, and nervous system health. This vegan-friendly supplement is free from magnesium oxide, stearates, and excipients, ensuring optimal absorption and gentle digestion.
Magnesium bisglycinate is a highly bioavailable form of magnesium, bound with the amino acid glycine, which facilitates better absorption and utilisation by the body. Vitamin D3, derived from lichen, aids in calcium absorption, while vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-7) ensures calcium is directed to the bones and teeth, preventing its deposition in soft tissues.
Each capsule contains 80 mg of elemental magnesium, 25 mcg of vitamin K2, and 280 mcg (11.2 IU) of vitamin D3. The pullulan capsule is made from fermented tapioca, making it suitable for vegetarians and vegans. This supplement is designed to be taken daily, with a recommended dosage of 1-3 capsules per day, preferably with meals.
