Bach Rescue Night Spray is a calming flower-essence spray designed to help you switch off before bed. It’s made to support restful sleep when your mind feels busy or thoughts won’t settle.
Rescue Night combines the traditional Bach RESCUE blend of five flower essences with White Chestnut, which is associated with racing, repetitive thoughts. The result is a convenient evening spray you can use at home or on the move to help you let go at night and wake up feeling more refreshed.
Key ingredients include grape alcohol (27% v/v) and aqueous dilutions of Helianthemum nummularium, Clematis vitalba, Impatiens glandulifera, Prunus cerasifera, Ornithogalum umbellatum and Aesculus hippocastanum. Usage is simple: spray twice directly into the mouth before going to sleep, and repeat if necessary during the night.
