To use as a hot oil treatment, warm the oil in a container of hot (not boiling) water, then massage into hair and scalp after shampooing. Leave for 3–5 minutes before styling as usual. For daily use, apply a small amount to your hair and massage gently, focusing on the scalp with fingertips.
