PHYT’S Hydrating Micellar 3-in-1 Care Water is an all-in-one micellar cleansing water that works as a facial cleanser, make-up remover and toner in a single step. It gently lifts dirt, oil and make-up without drying the skin.
Designed for dehydrated skin, it helps rehydrate so skin looks plumper and feels softer. Simply apply it to a cotton pad and wipe over the face and neck morning and evening, repeating as needed, then pat dry.
