O3Omega “Brain Food Not Peanut Butter & Jelly DHA + MCT Sachets” is a DHA + MCT food supplement in convenient single-serve sachets. It’s designed to deliver a daily dose of omega-3 DHA from algae, paired with MCT for a creamy, “smoothie” style formulation in an Almond (Not Peanut Butter) & Jelly flavour.
Per 15ml serving (1 sachet), it provides 400mg DHA and 3000mg MCT. DHA contributes to the normal function of the heart, eyes and brain, while Vitamin E is included as an antioxidant that helps protect cells from oxidative stress. The brand also states that it uses natural lipids to protect and support absorption of DHA, and includes a lipid encapsulation approach (via sunflower lecithin).
The ingredient list includes MCT oil from coconuts, purified water, natural almond butter (100% almonds), coconut-derived glycerin, vegetarian algal oil standardised to DHA omega-3, sunflower lecithin (phosphatidylcholine for lipid encapsulation), Vitamin E (as D alpha tocopherol), and real strawberry extract for flavour.
