NOW Foods’ ADAM Multi-Vitamin For Men Vegicaps is a men’s multivitamin designed to help support everyday health and wellness. It comes in veggie capsules and is formulated with the brand’s approach of keeping “unneeded additional ingredients” to a minimum, so there’s more room for the nutrients men need. The formula also features a selection of targeted plant-based and wellness-focused ingredients alongside core vitamins and minerals.
As well as providing vitamins including A, C, D, E, K, and the B family, ADAM also includes key minerals such as zinc, selenium, iodine, magnesium and copper. Notable add-ins listed on the label include Saw Palmetto (Serenoa repens), Alpha Lipoic Acid, Grape Seed Extract (standardised for polyphenols), trans-Resveratrol from Japanese Knotweed Extract, Lycopene from Tomato Extract, and Lutein (FloraGLO).
Suggested use is 3 capsules daily with food. This product contains biotin, which may interfere with some blood test results.
