You can use it your way: apply with a soft brush for precise glow, or simply swipe with your fingertip for an effortless, all-over shimmer. Best of all, no adhesive is required - just press, blend, and let the glitter do the work.
The formula includes vegetable glycerin, isopropyl alcohol (pure IPA), cosmetic-graded glitter, coconut oil, petrolatum, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, and cucumber oil, along with fragrance components such as parfum. For best results, avoid contact with eyes and use near your eyes at your own discretion.
