FrezyDerm Periodontitis Mouthwash (CHLORHEXENE PRO MOUTHWASH) is a therapeutic chlorhexidine mouthwash designed to help manage the symptoms of periodontitis and gingivitis. With a clinically effective 0.2% chlorhexidine concentration, it works as an antimicrobial rinse to support healthier gums, particularly in periods where your dentist has advised extra attention. It’s also described as suitable postoperatively.
Key benefits include combatting microbial plaque, helping prevent potential contamination, and tightening and protecting the gums. It’s intended for adult use and should be used on advice from a dentist, stomatologist or pharmacist.
How to use, per the brand: rinse with 10ml 2–3 times daily, not to be swallowed, and do not exceed 15 days unless directed. FrezyDerm also notes that prolonged use can cause dental staining, so it’s best used as directed. The active ingredient is chlorhexidine 0.2%.
