FrezyDerm Dermofilia Hand Cream is a rich, hydrating hand cream designed to support the skin’s protective outer barrier. It strengthens and restores the barrier while helping to restore the stratum corneum, helping to tackle the look and feel of dryness.

As well as delivering moisturising care, the formula is positioned for chronic eczema and for roughness, dehydration and dryness. It also targets contact dermatitis linked with irritants such as false jewellery and coins.

For best results, apply daily and before contact with irritants, then reapply after 2–3 rinses. The brand describes the benefits in terms of hydrophobic components that reinforce the barrier and help reduce TEWL, alongside hydrophilic components that moisturise and restore the stratum corneum.
