How do you use it?

1. For best results, exfoliate your skin the night before
2. Use quick and light sweeping motions to apply a small amount of self-tanner
3. Take care to wipe elbows, knees and heels with a tissue, as darker tones can accumulate in these areas
4. Wash your hands and nails thoroughly after each application
