Bobbi Brown Instant Long-Wear Makeup Remover is a gentle eye makeup remover designed to lift even stubborn long-wearing formulas. It targets delicate eye-area makeup, helping to leave the skin feeling clean and comfortable after removal.
Powered by a dual-phase formula, it works effectively on long-wearing and waterproof makeup. For use, shake well, apply to a clean cotton pad, then gently wipe over the eye area before rinsing with warm water. The remover is also stated to be safe around eyes.
