Swanson Alpha Lipoic Acid 300 mg Capsules are dietary supplement capsules containing 300 mg of alpha-lipoic acid per vegan capsule. Swanson positions this product as antioxidant support, designed to help protect the body from free-radical damage and provide “fat-soluble and water-soluble antioxidant protection”. It also claims support for healthy blood sugar and blood pressure levels that are already within the normal range, plus the regeneration of vitamins C and E.
