Olimp Nutrition’s Flex Xplode is a powdered food supplement designed to support joint cartilage and bones, with a formula aimed at adults who want help maintaining the normal functioning of components of the motor system - especially when they’re physically active or under high exertion.
Its core approach combines two collagen hydrolysates (type I and type II) with MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), glucosamine and chondroitin. The blend is also strengthened with hyaluronic acid, plus vitamin C and microencapsulated vitamin C (PureWay-C) to support normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones, cartilage and skin. Calcium, magnesium and vitamin D3 are included as well.
For use, Olimp Nutrition recommends mixing one portion (14.4 g) into water daily, ideally between meals.
