The NARS Cosmetics Precision Lip Liner creates a lip look with staying power. This long-lasting liner is highly pigmented for colour with maximum impact and its moisturising formula is packed with silk powder and mango seed oil, leaving lips soft and smooth. It also contains vitamin E, known for its moisturising, antioxidant properties.
The wooden pencil can be easily sharpened for absolute precision and clean line application. This matte finish lip liner is available in an array of colours that perfectly complement the huge selection of shades on offer in the NARS lip range. It also acts as a primer so that lipstick stays in place all day.
