As the soak starts to work, you can feel the difference in your body. House of Otium’s bath salt is designed to help ease tired, stiff muscles and support a soothing, calming bathing ritual that encourages you to unwind and let stress ease away.
For use, dissolve the salts into a warm bath at around 36–40°C and soak for 15–20 minutes. Try 500g–1kg for muscle relaxation or 250g–500g for general wellbeing. For best results, keep sealed in a cool, dry place; like any natural product, salt may absorb moisture over time.
