Frezyderm’s Atoprel Milky Bath Oil is a soothing bath oil created for cleansing and “relipidifying” dry, sensitive, fragile skin with an atopic tendency. Its formula is fully miscible with bath water, so it disperses into a milky solution that helps cleanse while limiting direct water contact with a disturbed skin barrier.
Expect barrier-focused benefits: it enriches bath water with skin-replenishing lipids to strengthen and protect the hydrolipidic mantle, while supporting moisturisation and helping reduce transepidermal water loss. Frezyderm also highlights a double “novelty” formulation using Functional Lipidic Content (F.L.C.) and Non-Volatile Content for long-lasting comfort.
Key features include Phospholipids–Glycolipids (strong relipidisation and reduction of transepidermal water loss) and Plukenetia volubilis. There’s also a practical two-step use: dissolve 30ml in 5–6 litres of tepid water for a milky cleanse (no rinsing), or use undissolved as a boosting base for your relipidifying cream.
