Dr. Melaxin TX Peeling Toner is a dual-layer exfoliating toner designed to remove dead skin build-up and support a brighter-looking, more even complexion. On the brand’s own site, it’s positioned as TX-powered dark spot and uneven tone care, helping to refresh rough, dull-looking skin for a smoother, clearer finish.
