What makes it stand out is the balance of nutrition and ease: it’s high in protein (52%) and palm oil free, and it’s made without preservatives. Preparation is straightforward - mix one dose (50g) with 100ml water in a shaker, then chill for 2–3 hours until thick and spoonable.
For the technology and ingredient details, the base is whey protein concentrate (62% for the chocolate variant, 68% for strawberry) plus a creamer system using partly hydrogenated coconut fat, skimmed milk powder, emulsifiers (E471, E472a), and stabilisers such as potassium phosphates and xanthan gum.
