Product is very hard was wondering is it old stock as normally the liner is very soft.
Average - doesn’t glide on very smoothly.
I have bought three colours of this liner so far.Ttgers Eye is the perfect shade to match my eyes and it is subtle enough for daytime use but can easily be emphasised with a heavier stroke. Many people ask me what I use and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you, I love it.
