The Florence By Mills Episode 1: Brighten Up Brightening Toner allows your complexion to take center stage, even on the days you feel fragile and fatigued.
This brightening toner prepares your skin for the spotlight. Supercharged with vitamins and antioxidants, it works behind the scenes (aka, deep within the skin's surface) to add a natural radiance to your complexion. Expect dark spots, hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone to be corrected and brightened, thanks to an infusion of agastache mexicana, whilst a fusion of lavender and cucumber water helps to cool, calm and soothe skin, leaving you with a much more balanced canvas.
The toner can be used as part of a daily skin routine and to perk up a tired complexion. You can even apply it before makeup in order to illuminate your skin from within. However you choose to use it, you can rest assured that your face will never look younger, healthier or more radiant.
