How do you use it?
- Wiggle the wand at the lash root to build pigment at the base of the lashes, making the lash line look thicker
- Sweep the wand to the tips of lashes, fanning outer lashes out toward the temple and inner lashes in toward the bridge of the nose
- Apply a second coat for more intensity
