How do you use it?
- Fix your chosen attachment to the device
- Hold the centre button for 2 seconds to switch on
- Press the plus or minus buttons to adjust speed settings
- Press the left and right arrows to try the pre-loaded treatments
- Hold the attachment head perpendicular to the skin
- Only the attachment of the device should make contact with the skin
- Move gently across the desired area
- Firmly hold the centre button down to switch off
- Pair with the Therabody app for more specific instructions and how-to guides
