Terranova Green Child Vitamin D3 400iu (10µg) Vegicaps is a children’s vitamin D supplement, providing 400 IU of vitamin D3 per capsule (with a daily serving of 1 capsule, ideally taken with food). Vitamin D plays an important role in supporting normal bone function, making this a helpful choice for day-to-day wellbeing during times when sunshine exposure may be limited.

Designed for children aged 4–12 years, the capsules are Vegicaps with a vegetarian capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) and a vegan form of vitamin D3 from lichen. It’s also positioned around “no extras”: no wheat, no soy, no yeast, no dairy, no gelatine, no animal ingredients, and no added sugar, colours, flavours or preservatives.

Each capsule includes Terranova’s Magnifood Complex (225mg), featuring stabilised rice bran solubles and freeze-dried, organic botanicals such as coriander leaf, pumpkin seed and spirulina, plus vegan cholecalciferol. If your child struggles with swallowing capsules, the contents can be emptied into juice, a smoothie or yogurt.
