NOW Foods Magnesium & Potassium Aspartate With Taurine Vegicaps is a dietary supplement in vegetarian capsules, designed to support healthy heart, muscle and nerve functions.* It combines magnesium and potassium with taurine to help maintain normal electrolyte and neurotransmitter balance, supporting general neuromuscular and cardiovascular health.*

Each serving provides 250 mg elemental magnesium (from magnesium aspartate), 99 mg elemental potassium (from potassium aspartate) and 100 mg taurine (free-form). The capsules are made with hypromellose (a cellulose capsule), plus ascorbyl palmitate and silicon dioxide as other ingredients. NOW states that it is made in a GMP facility and that it contains no wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts or sesame ingredients. Suggested use is 2 capsules, 1 to 2 times daily.
