NOW Foods Glucomannan Pure Powder is a dietary supplement powder formulated for healthy weight management. It contains glucomannan, a soluble, bulk-forming fibre derived from the konjac root (Amorphophallus konjac). Designed to be taken before meals, it helps to promote a feeling of fullness and supports a weight management plan alongside a healthy diet and exercise.

In addition to satiety support, it can help to maintain intestinal regularity and may help maintain serum lipid levels already within the healthy range. Each serving provides 2 g of glucomannan, and other ingredients are listed as none. The recommended use is 1/2 level teaspoon 1 to 2 times daily with at least 8 oz of water, taken 30–45 minutes before a meal.
