Nordic Naturals Omega-3 Phospholipids 500mg - 60 softgels

Product Description

Nordic Naturals Omega-3 Phospholipids is a supplement in soft gel form that combines omega-3s with phospholipid-bound omega-3s. The brand describes it as a “potent and sustainable alternative to krill oil”.

Designed to support heart and brain health, it pairs one of Nordic Naturals’ top-selling fish oils with phospholipid-bound omega-3s sourced from herring roe. Each serving provides 500 mg total omega-3s and 350 mg total phospholipids, with the brand noting this is more than double the omega-3s found in the average krill supplement.

For ease of use, it comes as small, easy-to-swallow soft gels, with the suggested use stated as two soft gels daily with food. Nordic Naturals also highlights that its fish oil products are made from fresh, wild-caught fish and are re-esterified triglyceride-form (rTG) and triglyceride-form (TG) omega-3s, with third-party purity testing.
