How do you use it?

- For best results, use for the first 4-6 consecutive washes, then every 3-4 washes as needed to maintain hair strength

After stopping heat styling for 6 weeks this has drastically improved my heat damaged dyed hair. From dry and frizzy to smooth. I also use a moisturising hair mask after the 4 minutes is up and rinse out. Could easily get 5 uses out of the 5ml tube. Just purchased to 15ml size so that I can use every 4 washes from now on.
