Health Aid Melissa Oil 5ml

Product Description

HealthAid Melissa Oil (Melissa officinalis) is a pure essential oil (5ml) also known as lemon balm. It’s described as both soothing and uplifting, with a use range that covers mood support (in times of low mood), skin care, and inhalation. It’s also a lovely choice if you enjoy crafting your own bath or aroma routines.

For everyday aromatherapy, HealthAid notes that pure essential oils can be used as essences in the bath or in vaporisers. You can also build a personalised massage blend by diluting the oil in HealthAid massage oil base or lotion base first. The brand highlights key usage guidance: avoid use undiluted on the skin, keep away from sensitive areas like eyes, and use with caution.

The ingredient list is refreshingly simple: “Pure Melissa Oil (Melissa officinalis) 5ml”. HealthAid advises avoiding it if pregnant, and mentions it may cause irritation to sensitive skin.
